hamstrings injections

Has anyone done spot injections in the hamstrings? Is it possible?
Also, how many ccs of test is necessary to see any growth?

Got a buddy that put 1.5 cc's of Sus in each hammy. Long storry short, went to the ER, Said it felt like the worst "doggy style cramp" he's ever had!hehehe
