at the 200-280mcg of clen a day your taking(which btw is a shitload, i hope you taking an underdosed brand and thats why your using so much) but your gonna need to get a little more potassium but the main thing you need is taurine. 95% of poeple say get more potasium, but the main thing is taurine. theres medical studies proving why people get cramps form all sorts of things, and the main cause is taurine depletion. 6-10g a day
