creeking popping joints.... anything i should be looking for in particular?

  • creeking popping joints.... anything i should be looking for in particular?

    so this is my second week on my cycle of testP/mast and i have noticed that my joints (some not all) are popping a little and are a little sore (especially elbows and knee) after working out some times and I dont recall having this problem before. Anything to do with the Prop or Mast? anything I should be taking while on cyc besides the norm?

    Cycle started 3/24/14:

    Test/Mast 100/100 EOD
    Arimidex .5mg EOD
    fish/flax ED
    Vitamins ED
    Liv52 ED
    1/2 cap of potassium pill ED

    roughly 3mg of powder Taurine added with 1/2 scoop of pre w/o before gym time ED (just started taurine today)

    adding Clen next week 20mcg ramp to 100mcg 2wk on 1 off

    Let me know what you guys think and if any additional info is needed just post up!

    i have this same problem and attributed it to high test levels descreasing collagen synthesis. You may want to add some deca if you can handle it.

    Another possibility is your estrogen is too low from the arimidex. Perhaps stop it and see if that helps. If gyno starts, you always have it ready to go.

        I had the same problem when I ram mast. I was doing great and just killing it at the gym. I added mast in there and by the 3rd week my joints where bothering me and then ended up with a shoulder injury. I can't say for sure it was the mast, but I was fine and that was the only new thing I added.

          so do you guys think it would be ok to cut out the mast and keep Arim handy and just ad the clen in next week as planned? Maybe if i drop out the mast i could try low dose deca? (personally i would rather stay away from Deca due to horror stories). Also DaddyDawg, shoulders and traps days are my favorite even though by the end of the w/o i start having pain in my right shoulder

            How long have you been running the mast? Did you notice it defore or after? You could drop it for a while and see if you stert to feel better, and if not then you know it wasn't the mast. I picked up some Triflex from GNC and after a couple weeks it started to help. You can try something like that. If you don't want to run deca try adding some eq instead. It will help to lube the joints like deca, but without some of the sides. I just started running some myself for that very reason. I am running it very low, but it should be enough to lube me up. Shpilders and traps where my favorite also, but I have not been able to kill'em like I want to sense December and I hate it. I will be getting an MRI soon to see what's up with my shoulder. Anyway, hope this helps and good luck.
