    Can somone give me a t3 cycle recomendation. I would like to be on for about 10 weeks unless that is too long.

    I plan on running this cycle with it-
    500 mg Ena
    600 mg EQ

    215 lbs
    19% bf
    6-0
    This is my 3rd cycle

    I would run some clen or ECA with your cycle kid...make sure you eat clean as possible so that you don't gain much more fat than you already have, no flame intended either ok...you want to eat clean and get plenty of rest too. Good luck with it

      make sure protein is 2g per lb, and run ECA, NYC, or clen fo sheezy

        There are a few ways that work. I usually do 8 weeks and would recommend that, but I've done 10 before ok. Although I don't know if I'd say that's a good thing for #1 below. It's definitely ok for #2 as I've done it a few times no problem and heard the same from others.

        8-wks (in mcg's per day for each week)
        25/50/75/100/100/75/50/25

        2:
        -----------------------
        10-wks... use either 12.5mcg or 25mcg ED for the duration


        On a side note...it looks like UR doing a cutting cycle. Jumping to use T3 for weight loss should NOT be done if you don't first have your diet in check. At 19% bf, I'd almost say hold off on all drugs and just get your diet and training in check first. I will say that if you train 5 days/wk, eat clean and go with that supp program, you'll be under 10% within 12-15 weeks easy.

          My bf was lower. I have just had a very hectic schedule of late. Put my diet out of wack and kept me out of the gym. But that is back under control now. I will be doing other supps other than the injectables listed they include.

          If you are familier with what animals board advocates you will recognize this from there. I have an extremely slow metabolism that is why the t3 addition. Basically I have been pretty heavy my whole life. Not fat just enough to make me keep a shirt on. This summer I am taking the shirt off.

            you might want to ad clen as well
            You don't do T3 two weeks on two off....that's for the Clen. T3 is done daily and the number of pills you show above would work fine.

              rugbythug, you should do a search. youll almost always get the best answer that way. its much better to find out for yourself than to just ask someone what to do. like in the example above, someone suggested ruinning t3 2 on 2 off. bad info there. your best dose and cycle will be provided by you, cause onyl you can weight the pros and cons of what worth it and not for yourself.
              oh and btw, run clen and eca way before thinking about t3, t3 should be an addition to those, not vice versa

                  I have run ECA for years. It worked when I first started but not as much now. I ran T3 back in the day when it was still legal but really did not notice anything. But I don't think I really did it right. I tried the search engine on this board but it kept giving me errors the term I searched was.

                  I moved the words around a bunch of times. adding and subtracting + and words but was unable to get a search. I also looked in the forum for anabolic profiles but it was incomplete.
