    yeah yeah...i know i lead the board in posting insulin and anavar related topics...

    anyhow...those that use Humalog, what does your post-workout shake and the succeeding few hours' meals/shakes after your shot consist of?

    include brand names of supps, carb/protein ratios, sample meals, etc. if you can

    I usually just get a 'Carbo Force' by ABB. Has 109 carbs, 33 sugars. Slam on of those and then 40-50 grams of a protien shake.

    Or, i juse use one serving of N-large. Something like 86 carbs, 35 sugar and 50 grams of protien.... cant remember exactely off the top of my head. Or you couild just do a dextrose/whey protien mix. There are A LOT of options IMO.

    First meal is usually basic. Try and get 50grams of Protien, 50 carbs and No fat. Obviously Crab intake is going to vary depending on how you feel.... but IMO always go atleast 50g in your fist meal min....

    Example: 8oz Chickin, 1 cup rice, Steamed Veggies..... Spice up the chickin and Rice and there you have it. Flush it down the skim milk if you would like also.

      75g whey protein; 75g dexterose with 8 iu of humalog.

      90 minutes later 1 cup of brown rice, and 10 oz of grilled chicken.

        10iu's humalog post-workout, bulking only. 1 Nlarge2 shake with skim milk, 90carbs and 65 protein. One cherry coke, 38g's sugar. Repeat one hour later

            10 iu Log post work out. 60 grams of whey protien. 70 grams of Carbs from a Carbo Force. An hour later, chicken breast and rice.

              12-15 ius of humalog
              50g whey isolate (isopure)
              60-75g of malodextrin (genero malodextrin powder)

              Then 45 minutes to an hour later
              2 slices whole wheat bread
              8 oz of sliced turkey
              Large salad w/ FF Italian

              Then, about three hours later is my last meal of the day (excluding bed-time shake) I just have 8-10oz of chicken or steak, and a salad with low fat dressing (humalog shoudl eb out by now)
              I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
              I pray at least 6 times a day to build my soul

                  I dont dance anymore, I coordinate the "dancers" schedules, buy the outfits (gross) teach them moves, and schedule apperances and what not. Im usually there till 12am, but i took tonite off, im burnt out from work/GF/workingout.

                      Maybe a bit.............but, I comfortable with it. I remeber reading a study that men were shown videos of other men, basically males in speedos, and the men who claimed to be homophobic, or adimtitley against it, were the most sexually aroused. So.....if gayness makes you uncomfortable, could you be.....

                            i feel left out. i use humulin-R (8-10iu) and will post my regimen.

                            post w/o 3 scoops phosphagen HP (100gr dextrose) w/ 2 scoops of optimum whey (40 grams protein)

                            2 hrs later, 1 serving mass fuel by twinlab (100gr maltodextrin and 50 grams slow release protein).

                            2-2 1/2 hours after mass fuel, some chicken and broccoli w/ white rice (or a RB sandwich) with a coke, then two caramello bars with a milk chug. massive insatiable insulin hunger at this point for me.

                            ok, enough rambling about stuff you didn't ask about. :p
