twist you mean rotate the needle so that is sort of 'spins' in the muscle or move it laterally so that the pin pushes against the side of the site?
i usually have to rotate the barrel to get a good grip on it, that is no good?

if you twist the pin in a vertical or horizontal axis with no side to side movement, the needle will do no damage. Now when your tied in a pretzel trying to inject your rear delts, and shaking so bad from the clen you can't see straight, then yes you might tear some muscle and recieve some scar tissue. I found a perfect solutiong to the whole problem awhile back. I had a pen with one of those confort grip gizmos on it, and I just noticed that the pen was about the same diameter as a 3ml bd barrel. so now I slide the rubber sleeve over the barrrel ( it is rather tight, but this is good) and now you dont have to grab the ears of the syringe to aspirate. I have also just started holding the barrel in the palm of my hand to even further reduce the shaking.

doing that increases your chance of infection. dont ever do that. it was more sterile to begin with than you could ever get it.

did you even know that an alcohol wipe does NOT sterilize anything? all it does is move the bacteria around and hopefull collect some of it onto the wipe and off your skin. i will tell you it doesnt come close to getting it all though, no way.

Ya never touch the pin, honestly I have never in my life used alcohol rub before a shot and never got an infection! Wiping is useless in my opinion!

It happened to me cause I got in a rush and moved the needle around in my glute. I had 7 shots before that one that went just fine, no knots. Then I got sloppy and bam!

That was last week and there's still a little knot left, mostly gone though!

as long as it doesn't get hot and red UR ok bro. Geared---you've NEVER wiped the skin B4 a jab? I forgot my wipes one day and just did it a few weeks ago---same thing...no problem. But before that I wouldn't have ever thought that possible. When and how did you figure that out?

i did i clean everything be4 we did it, i think my friend moved the neddle in me, all week it was just a little sore and yesterday it blew the fuck up
