Put the injections in lagging muscles it will help them grow I promise and it will make you focus harder if you have questions on doing it look in spot injection forum or pm me!

I also believe site injections work and i found out the hard way in my first cycle. The whole cycle i injected in my right thigh and still to this day my right thigh is a good 2-3 inches thicker than my left and its totally noticable. So anyone that says they don't work probably hasn't tried it.
