is Alpha lipoc Acid ALA??? if so GNC sells a brand at 100mg per cap is this a good buy for liver protection? and if so how many MG per day should i take to be safe? my cycle is fina,test enth,Eq fina 150mg EOD test 800mg week and eq 500mg week, so how much fellas if this is what i need? thanks guys

gnc is way overpriced on that ... you really don't need it for your cycle, it's generally taken when dieting or on orals ... -

yes, it will, but you won't be doing any major damage to it with that cycle .Comment

600 mg/day should be sufficient for liver protection ... and it won't hinder gains.Comment
