var can be run for like 8-12 weeks the norm i believe, longer if wanted. maybe 20-30mg ED????? with all that winny go lower dose i suppose.

you shouldn't run var any longer than winny pretty much.

i had great results off of 50 mg/day anavar, but when i bumped it up to 100 mg/day it was amazing ... but i was pissing away about 25$ a day just to anavar ...

anavar should be run at at least 40 mg/day if you want to get great results off of it.
