    First I will say I like this body fat chart. Not sure if it's as accurate as you say but interesting for sure.

    IMO you should continue this cut cycle till your truly see abs. That means get closer to 10%bf. Your bf is very high now. Danger zone if you are carrying it in your belly. What aas are you using during this cut cycle?

    It takes work to drop weight. Dont be so quick to start the bulk cycle. You have planned a very detailed bulk cycle. Your nutrition needs to be just as planned. You need to eat 500 calories over your daily needs. Do that for a week. See if you gain any weight. If not add another 500 calories. Do this bulk smart. As you gain size. DO NOT LET THE ABS VANISH again. Sure they will be blury. Maybe you can only see 4 instead of 6. Thats OK. Grow slowly and while keeping that body fat in check. DO NOT let yourself get over 15%.

    These are just suggestions. Once you showed your stats that put a new light on where you are today. See how important it it to always show stats? Guys love to bulk but often dont have the discipline to cut down. This sport or hobby requires both sides to truly get the LOOK you are after. When we cut down it will expose all the weak areas. They can't hide once the fat is gone. Now you can have a plan to focus on the lagging body parts. It's body building.

    Best of luck in your new journey. Dont rush the bulk get down first.

      Ya its definitely not exact but it works pretty well for the general average person lol. It very well could be lower but I am kinda bulky now. Its no lower than 20%, lets say that much lol.

      I agree Id love to get lower in BF before I start my cycle as well. I might have more time to do that with unfolding circumstances lately. I kinda carry it all over but I do have a belly. I'm not currently on any AAS right now while cutting. Its all natural except for a preworkout sup called N2Amp. Ill take 4-5 of those before I workout. Any more makes me nauseous.

      Yes I completely agree with you on the diet aspect as well. Its at least 80% diet, 15% training and 5% gear lol. I've hired a nutritionist and have been working with him for almost a month. Doing some carb cycling now and dropping fat pretty easily. I've got a vision of what I want to look like and its going to happen I'm really in no hurry to get started but will be very excited when I do. Just looking to get the most out of what I'm doing now. I'm actually more excited with the cut to see what I have!! Everyone can get big lol. Its dedication to BBing and diet to get cut and vascular.

          I'm the same with the deca I've tried to use a higher dose of deca and I find that 3-400mgs weekly is enough.

          also I'd try to get enough var to run at the end around 40-60mgs for 8 weeks would be enough to benefit from it. the results will be awesome and worth every penny bro.

          as far as the d-bol goes I don't know how many cycles you have done but I find 30-35mgs to be plenty.

          I like the prop where you plan on taking it that is if you have to take it. if you end up getting the var it'll go well with it.

          just my 2 cents!!! lol
