First I will say I like this body fat chart. Not sure if it's as accurate as you say but interesting for sure.
IMO you should continue this cut cycle till your truly see abs. That means get closer to 10%bf. Your bf is very high now. Danger zone if you are carrying it in your belly. What aas are you using during this cut cycle?
It takes work to drop weight. Dont be so quick to start the bulk cycle. You have planned a very detailed bulk cycle. Your nutrition needs to be just as planned. You need to eat 500 calories over your daily needs. Do that for a week. See if you gain any weight. If not add another 500 calories. Do this bulk smart. As you gain size. DO NOT LET THE ABS VANISH again. Sure they will be blury. Maybe you can only see 4 instead of 6. Thats OK. Grow slowly and while keeping that body fat in check. DO NOT let yourself get over 15%.
These are just suggestions. Once you showed your stats that put a new light on where you are today. See how important it it to always show stats? Guys love to bulk but often dont have the discipline to cut down. This sport or hobby requires both sides to truly get the LOOK you are after. When we cut down it will expose all the weak areas. They can't hide once the fat is gone. Now you can have a plan to focus on the lagging body parts. It's body building.
