He said his respirations were about 1/4 normal and that scared me...so always be in-tune with what your body is telling you, and that goes for any compound!
Id have to say x1000 here man

Every compound wont react the same in each persons body. Some people have relatively little problems on EQ while others are advised to look elsewhere.

Isn't there a supplement called Naringin ( Grapefruit Extract ) that is supposed to help with RBC? Or is this a myth??

I'm not sure of that but if low you might want to look at Iron and Ferritin. Blood donation is a great thing in itself but should be planned to be done at least once while cycling with EQ especially if you aren't familiar with how you respond to it. It lowers RBC and its free

Not sure but grapefruit is great for many things but also conflicts with several medications so if one is taking anything, would be wise o check if grapefruit will have an effect on the meds.

So what was your rbc and hematocrit level anyway?

yep, that is quite high. Check with your doc about it, that is what I would do. Do you have bloodwork to compare with before going on the EQ?

That high you are running sever risk for stroke and heart problems. Find a blood drive an donate blood Immediately. Paying attention toy your body and monitor yourself with labs is crucial with while running any compound. EQ has all kinds of benefits that out way the negatives as long as the user keeps and eye on themselves. Donating blood every months is a must with eq, specially when stacked with other compounds. Most blood drives will only let you donate once every other month. WHY??? Because it takes 3-4 days for plasma levels to come back up to normal, it takes 30-60 days for rbc to get back to normal. When I run eq I donate after first month then every other accordingly. EQ will cause test to crash, so of course run a test base when stacking with eq. Your test levels will only reflect how much test you are taking.

BTW... local blood drives do not check for high hematocrit in most cases. They check iron levels to make sure you aren't anemic and they check body temp and blood pressure.

Fuzo was seeing a Hematologist and he tested for several more things an that is where he had the blood taken twice a week. they would test the rbc and HCT, stat, every time he went

My local blood place does check it. They actually got away with the crude iron blood drop test, and went with hemoglobin tests. 58 is high, get blood drawn somehow.

Average is about 16 for hemoglobin and 50% for hematocrit.

                            Don't confuse the two.

This is definitely in the danger zone for hematocrit. Id get to a blood donation center as soon as possible like the other guys have mentioned. Your life is never worth ANY cycle. Hopefully you can get that straightened out soon. Good luck to you dude
