TRy taking a bath in Bodybuilders Bodywash! You do not need a whoel lot of the product for the tub but this may help you problem. I recommended this to someone and they did it and it made a world of difference for them

That is badass because I had had folliculitis and and abscess formed (infected hair follicle)...I had to bathe in Epsom salt and I didn't like it...
