Cutting diet advises please

    If I ate one, two, and three, I might be able to maintain my right leg. Them ain't enough groceries, cousin. Mainly, you need more protein, eat every 3 hours

      Wow I did not know that my diet suck CATBALLS....hmmmmm....the reason I don't have a job is I am University student and am in the last two weeks of exams I will most definitely get a summer job...the reason a job would make the timing better [I mean I would not stay up till 4am and have a carb meal at 11 cause I woke up at 1pm...know what I mean?] I do eat approx every three hours though.... I guess I will have to cut out the milk.,,,which I really would like one of you guys to explain why? and I will up the protein intake.....thx for all the advises and if someone could either PM a proper cutting diet or post one I would greatly appreciate it [none of these no carb diets I don't believe in that bullshit]

      I don't really understand why what I've posted is so shity though...I got lean last year [not as lean as I would have liked] and my diet was similar to the one posted up

        Well, must be a result of genetics, you results would have been even better if you would have cut right. Gimme a sec, ill type a quickie up for ya.

          Although, IMHO you need to bulk like Martha Stewart needs to get laid, heres a cutting diet nonetheless.

          Meal 1
          6 whole eggs
          (Throw green peppers, onions, etc)

          Meal 2
          6 oz Chicken Breast (or can of Tuna)
          2 TB Ranch Dressing
          Large Bowl of mixed greens

          Meal 3
          6 oz lean steak
          1 TB Flax Oil
          1 cup of brocoli or cauliflower

          Meal 4 (post workout, can me moved around accordingly)
          50g whey
          50g malodextrin

          Meal 5
          1 1/2 Cans of Tuna or 8 oz chicken breast
          2 cups of Broccoli or Cauliflower (or green beans, if you saving $)

          Meal 6
          MRP w/ 2 TB Natural PB

          I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
          I pray at least 6 times a day to build my soul

            could you explain some of your shorthand [fuck now Im asking too much] how many weeks do you recomdend running this?...what is the prot,carb,fat split on that??

              I dont think what he laid out for you could get any simpler bro??

              The only thing he could do now is buy the food for you, cook it and feed it to you at the approiate times.

              --Not comparing bro, but I work a job, go to school at the University also and own my own home. Yet I still manage my meals daily.

                Hey....if you guys want a simple, effective, easy to follow cutting diet that spells out everything just try to find the FLEX magazine article from April 2002 issue. I used it last year and am using it now. It covers diet, cardio and training. And if you can't get ahold of that issue, look at THIS MONTH'S FLEX MAGAZINE.
                It has a 3800 calorie diet I believe but for cutting, lessen the portions so you're at about 2800 calories a day. It's working for me at 215lbs....9% bf. I'm losing 2lbs a week. My .02

                  i think u need more protien. I eat oatmeal in the morning too but i add a scoop of whey to it and eat 8 egg whites and 1 or 2 yolks. this gives me about 50 grams pro and 55 carbs.

                        OMG that is so simplistic, a slug could do that diet. I can't believe he is only takin in those calories and grams of protien for his body weight........i thought it would be more.

                          Jay takes in maybe 1g per lb of protein, and very high crabs, i wouldnt try it, he is a genetic freak.
