I never got bruises that you could see but if u mean where you can't walk uessir been there. Quads put me outta commission lol have to keep movin or it'll stiffen and then it starts all over again lol. HH has been crippled before lolComment

Have had it before. Just hit a vein most likely and bled under the skin. I bled really bad once on a Ventroglute shot and it bruised for bad.Comment
