Scar tissue? Never had it unless you mean that spot were no matter how hard you push you can't break through? Or when you push the plunger until it bends to the side because the needle is clogged with it. Is that what you mean? Just pull the needle out a little move to the side and shove hard. It will go in. Needle will bend and it will hurt coming out but if your a juice head that's just part of the game.

Sounds like you got a gusher, but I would not rule out a high BA content. Did your skin go red at site injection, and if it was did it spread?

you clipped a nerve that's why bleeding. its 1cc in delt and chest 2 ccs in quads, 3 ccs in ass cheek, lats you can get 3 ccs as I love lat shots I never hit nothing.

I tried the lats this morning. Unclem suggested trice said it was excellent and that I was a poosay if I didn't do it. I'm not going to let these guys that are bigger then me bully me into doing something. Oh wait damn it. I did it. So damn smooth. Now its only been an hour but I have a feeling this will be part of my rotation!

yeah heavy its a great spot but try using a 1.5 incher but you look cut to shreds you can get away with 1 inch. but ive always done lats or tris but the amounts and where you got to be careful of. u cant shoot 3 ccs in the tricep but you can you ass cheek.

traps are gtg to but just be careful use only up to 2 ccs only theres a lot of nerves there because the brain stem

I was just kidding about the 5cc. But the lats are good to go. No pip. I benched this morning. Took a nap. I can't tell I even done it. It was pretty tricky to twist around. I just used the door jam as leverage and twisted like I do my shoulders. Thank you for the advice unclem. That's why I love this board. And all the vets. They have been through it. Shows what a rookie I still am.
