    i dont like threads like this. I think everyone should respond the way they truely feel thats what makes this board great. When you ask a question you get 10 opinions from different people. I dont think that those opinions need to be influenced by threads like this. No flame here theres just been a few lately and i dont like it

Nothing bad can come of it... and alot of good can come. Why would anyone want to almost a gram of gear a week when they are able to gain fine off of only 300mg/wk?

      Not everyone reacts to gear the same. Therefor, it's best to let everyone learn for themselves exactly how much gear they need to grow. And the best way is to start low and work your way up..
      Basically i agree with you IRT not telling Newbies to load up on the amounts.

      But heres a thread to a studie on the subject.

          bro of mine did sus 250 a week for 8 weeks with clomid after words, put on 20 pounds. he was eating like a hog before and a hog during and a hog post cycle, kept most his gains.

          ~190 lbs

            How DOes the old saying go ? YOU HAVE TO LEARN TO WALK BEFORE YOU CAN RUN!!!
            for a newbie i think that is pretty decent advise.
            even though you will get many different opinions on the topic as a safty blanket it is overall very good advice because no one nows how there body will react

              Thats true but that dosent mean that you should go the other way and only do an amount that will surprss you and not give you any gains.
              Reshearch before you start, and remember more is not always better!
