This one is about alot of the advice that is given to newbies regarding their first cycle.
If the newbie is under 200lbs and it's their 1st cycle. Decent gains CAN be made with as little as 250mg/wk of test. Most noticeably sustanon. There's alot of bro's out there that have managed to put on 15-20lbs on a simple 250mg/wk sust cycle. So long as their training and diet are also in check.
PLEASE!! Don't go around telling newbs that their 300mg/wk test only cycle "is a waste" and "you won't see any gains". Then reccomending 400mg Deca, 500mg test, and a bunch of D-bol. Let them save that for the next cycle. It's safer and cheaper for them, and if they don't get the results they had hoped for, there's always "Next cycle".
Sure, let em know that you think the dose is a little low and they may not get the gains they are hoping for. But please don't try to talk them out of it. Nothing bad can come of it... and alot of good can come. Why would anyone want to almost a gram of gear a week when they are able to gain fine off of only 300mg/wk?
Not everyone reacts to gear the same. Therefor, it's best to let everyone learn for themselves exactly how much gear they need to grow. And the best way is to start low and work your way up..
