Ok guys been a busy summer and really never Jump started my summer cycle, came from hrt up to 600/week cyp. Like I said life's got in the way this summer so just killing best I can.
That said I got some primo e, I've never ran it before. I just started it at 300/wk.
So much conflicting info out there on how best to utilize primo, everything from lowering the test going higher on the primo to just using primo as a kicker.
Obviously it's summer and not looking to bulk, pretty much never do anymore just like staying around my fighting weight!
Ideas? Thx guys.
