how long do your cycles last ? and or who don't cycle , they shoot gear all yr long?

me personally I never cycle as in my opinion why build up all that muscle just to lose it coming off and starting over, I never got that. I shoot gear all yr every yr for 22 yrs. maybe a few cycles in that period.

When I first started I cycled. I found with long esters week 14 my body was done, with the exception of EQ, 16 weeks with eq and was still gaining. Short esters is around 12 weeks and I have to chill out. Now I'm on test all yr long and throw some other stuff in there along the way.
