My buddy is new to juice. He pinned 1 cc 300 cyp in same shoulder every 3.5 days and has a lump
With warmth in that shoulder. He said he had penicillin at home. He said it hurts so bad it wakes him up at night. He assured me he was sterile but...my question is, what should I tell him to do and is it possible with 900 mg cyp in one shoulder in one weak for it to be hot and form a lump?

1ml E3D's in the same location, especially in a smaller muscle like the delt is rough. It most likely is a sterile absece, but warm showers, heat pad, 400mg-800mg of ipubrofen, and light massage should help it disperse the build up of oil and the ibuprofen will make him feel better.

That's way too much in one shoulder especially cyp that's dosed that high. It crashed in his arm and is painful and can cause swelling but if its warm that's not a good sign... If its not gone in 3 days or gets worse in the next day id go get it checked out... But sounds like it crashed in his shoulder which can cause swelling and pain... Im no Dr though so honestly just to be safe id say get it checked out if its warm to the touch...

this right here. the warmth is from the muscle/body rejecting this new foreign substance. he should only be concerned if he has a fever. if he has a fever *that* is a sign of the immune system battling an actual bacterial infection. localized warmth is from the body sending blood and fluid to remove the foreign oil and substance from that muscle. he pinned way too much oil in too short of a time into a small virgin muscle. follow ezskanken's advice and he'll feel much better in no time. rotate sites to avoid this in the future!!! if he has an actual fever...then hit the doc up for some anti biotics.

I hope that subsides quickly and keep an eye out for fever like Kanada said. Now in the future, have your bud research a little more before letting someone put something in him that he is not sure of, size of pin, rotation of pins...etc. For a beginner you should prob only go with the glute, it holds a shit ton of oil. And certainly for a beginner you should not pin an area more than once a week. Rotation is your friend. Be safe

I had a similar problem with a prop and it took a couple shots to notice but I reacted to it got a bump warm and red and flu like symptoms. No infection. Did the same with his deca. Then we tried new oil and I don't get that reaction so there was something different in that oil. Just a thought. Is it pharm? Or UG ?

It's *** and I know it's good cause they pull from same jug. And I've used a lot of *** gear and never had a problem. I will say this, it's *** 300 cyp and the 300 has significantly more pip than his other gear. I understand why and no it wasn't crashed gear he uses. He used 250 his first pin and 300 the next two. He pinned the last time Tuesday and he said it was already sore as hell the next day. I'm certain now it's just too much oil. He hasn't ran a fever and he told me today it felt much better. I pinned that 300 in ventrogluteal the last two times which were virgin and that shit HURT. LOL. But I kinda like it and he's a rookie so he freaked out like we all prolly would have at first. I didn't know he was gonna use. Our mutual friend uses *** and he just talked the kid into using it. Neither really are very aware of how to administer apparently. Lol

Great advise already given here so won't repeat I will just add this.: had some *** recently (awesome stuff so no flame) but it had crashed. I thought I had gotten it all to get back into solution but I didn't on first shot and it hurt like a mofo. Once I did the reheat process on it again it was good to go!

Lol. When I had the problem other ppl could use the same gear from same vial with no problems I just am sensitive I guess. Something my body didnt like.
