50mg pre workout enough?
100mg 1-2 hours preworkout...carrier and solvent doesn't make much of a difference. Some guys say water based hits them faster..but my experiences do not support that.
At least 1 hr pre w/o. Trans-dermal not ideal imo(slow delivery) and water based may give more pip but not much different otherwise. You can try 50mg and adjust from there. But 100 seems standard for most.
