my ast baseline was AST 30 ALT 35

Those are high but not horrible. It is good that you are getting tested so now you can take a break and everything should come back to normal for you within 6-8 weeks then you can get back on.

my AST the last time I went in was about 130....3x normal but was told [not by the doc] it is not steroid related

Most would say those values are not very high. If you were on a medication for infection, cholesterol, most doctors would not chenge the medicines with those liver numbers.

I've had mine to the highest of 45 and 62 I believe, for AST and ALT. GGT was stone-cold normal in the single digits though, and this was after 5 weeks of dbol at 50mg/day. Oral toxicity is far overstated IMO

133 AND 65 and the baseline was like 50 & 55. can't remember which one is ast and alt. and that was when i was on anadrol.

Well, that WAS with the help of Liv-52... but I've had tests before without Liv-52 but with lower doses of dbol, and the liver values were about the same. I like my liver, it's tougher than I am
