guys i was just wondering what kind of workout regiment u guys are on during a cycle, iam a week into my fina,testenthat,eq cycle and iam in pain due to test and eq shots but the workout goes as this and please critique to what u would do or is this good enough.......
monday.. chest/bis
tuesday.. back/tris
wednesday.. off
thursday..legs/hams
friday..shoulders/traps
saturday.. off
sunday..off
guys how does your schedule look on cycle and should i do everything once a week like this or twice a week, i go hard and heavy on everything and i dont wanna overtrain so let me know what u guys do and think, lata
