So I dropped the clen four days ago and headaches continued sometimes worse, sometimes not. So I started paying close attention to what else it could be. I've come up with two things and would like opinions.
1) chicken, don't laugh. I balked at it too but google it. The hormones and genetic manipulation of our chicken stock in the US has been getting a lot of adverse publicity lately. I read yesterday how people from poorer countries who raise chickens etc come here and eat our chicken and get sick.
2) aspartame. Yestereday started realizing this is in a lot more products then I thought. I've never had an issue with the sugar alchool but that doesn't mean you can't develope one. Apparently resent research has this crap creating "formaldahide" on the brain type issues. YUCK.
My problem is both one and two seem to have been in my diet a lot lately, well chicken always is, but going to try my best and eliminate #2 and see what happens.
I drank a ginger ale (the new 10 calorie one) before bed due to an upset stomach. Guess what woke up with a splitting headache.
