    Ya I could not do cardio...I can't turn my fucken head to the right...its getting stiffer and stiffer how long do you guys think this kind of shit takes to heal...MONDAY PLEASE SAY MONDAY

      you guys are awsome here , I put up a worthless post like this,,,,I was in a little bit of pain and next thing I know like 10replys you guys made me feel better,,,sniff,,sniff,,,anyways pain is almost gone and its been one day ....maybe I'll be able to train tonight!!!

            Just waite it out..... Sounds like my friends and I we all do submission fighting and all of use juice so things can get interesting at times when were all on cycles at the same time!!!
