                    Just keep taking in as much water as you can and take some asprin or Advil

                      Possibly, don't have really any other symptoms though. I've got my nurse practitioner girl friend stumped. Probably going to go see a ear nose and throat doc soon...my snoring has gotten worse too for some reason.

                        Right now since I can't figure it out I'm taking sinus meds and ibprophen together! I live in the desert so water is constantly with me!

                          Does your gf think You might have sleep apnea? I have it.. I have severe sleep apnea. Also If you're grinding your teeth when you sleep that will give you bad headaches. pick up a cheap mouth guard and try that for a few nights
