Re: Lactic Acid build up
LOL..I go right for the worst case scenario, that way anything else is a breeze to handle..hahaOriginally posted by 6p6 View Post^jeez man! Lol harsh!
Could be what Zoot said but I get this a lot too, circulation is the primary issue, take some aspirin, check you h2o, sodium intake to high? Or double up on cranberry for a bit.
Mine comes and goes. Those little things seems to solve it.PAIN DON'T HURT

This is many of the symptoms he feels. HIgh hemocrit and RBC might also be a cintributing factor as I presume that if blood is thickened, circulation will be affected?Originally posted by ZOOT View PostLOL..I go right for the worst case scenario, that way anything else is a breeze to handle..hahaVeritas Vos Liberabit

Re: Lactic Acid build up
Indeed...High hemotocrit could be dehydration or low blood oxygen levels. Definitely sounds like a circulatory issue and not lactic build up. No sense foolin around with self diagnosis...drag his butt to the doc...lolOriginally posted by BABY1 View PostThis is many of the symptoms he feels.
