    Into week 4 of 200 mg tren e @ week. Some thing I have noticed that is disturbing to me but don't know if it is the tren.
    The most disturbing is I feel like I can't get enough air at times, it happens at different times but not often. It can happen even while watching TV.
    But I can go the gym on the stair climber get my HR to 130 and hold it for a time and no problem at all.

    This has happened to Fuzo for years and like you say, even when lying down watching TV. I am not sure if tren can induce anxiety in some, but the SOB can also come from anxiety too. Do you take any other meds on a regular basis? The only way you can really tell if it is from the tren is when, and if, you stop taking it.

        I know, it would baffle Fuzo how he would just be watching TV and this would hit! Then it makes you more anxious! This may sound funny but I have lavender essential oil and when he gets this feeling. I run and get the bottle and make him take some deep slow breaths of it (in the nose and out the mouth). It has a calming affect.

            Whole Foods, GNC, VitaminShoppe etc. Look in the Essential Oil area. There are many different oils for differents needs. Here is some info on what the different oils can help with

                  Strength is about the same but can rep out more per set .
                  Muscle pumps are insane and last well past the time I leave the gym.

                    i've only ever ran A but the strength gains should be pretty impressive by week 4 IMO. 200 mg's a week is pretty low if that's all your doing. again only my opinion
                    everything said and done here is for entertainment purposes only. i don't even really workout i just pretend like i do so i can have big friends

                      I don't think there will be any tremendous strength gains at 200mg. Maybe 400mg Are you taking test with it and at what dosage?

                        I am on a cruise of 500 mg test e each week along with formeron (which btw is awesome) and added the tren e 4 weeks ago at 200 mg each week I have caber which I don't need but take dopa at night to help some with sleep. The dopa is a weak prolactin inhibitor but so far is enough.
                        This is my 1st time with tren so I went low to see how I tolerated it. Yeah I know everon says use tren a the 1st time, I like 1 pin a week and be done with it.

                          I've never personally got shortness of breath while resting while on any aas. And at only 200mg/wk, most likely not the tren causing your breathing issue. Tren may be the cause of some anxiety for you as babe said. If you've never experienced anxiety from just test then tren is definitely the culprit. Try supplementing with some st. johns wart or some ghrp-5. I also would not consider 500mg/wk of test with 200mg/wk of tren a cruise. Just my opinion, seems like a really small cycle. I personally like low dose test, sat 200-300mg/wk with LOTS of tren... 700-1000mg/wk. Most people start at 400mg/wk of tren to gauge themselves.

                              I will run this a few more weeks then run maybe 250 test and 400 tren.
