this would basically be like asking for a source although you won't get anything from them because i doubt they ship to the US from their site. best advice, delete this post.Knowledge is power. -
you can't order from ttokyo QV and the like....but they will put you in touch with distributors of their product. for legal usage of course.
so the site is not illegal to post.
