I did a search and found nothing about this.

How much can be injected into each muscle group without much discomfort?

Agreed.

You need to build up tolerance and stretch the facia.

I use 1 inch needles all around, but I am generally less than 12%bf year round.

I feel the 1 incher goes deep enough. The 1.5 dart leave a freaking hole and always leave me bleeding to death.

I like it cause I can get it deep and back out and put more in. Just a personal preference. Makes me think im spreading it out more. But no I don't bleed to often with that but yeah it does happen. No wall squirters yet

I used to use those big ****ers too bro, but I always ended up bleeding to death, or squirting the wall with blood.

Then I got smarter and started playing with the 1 inch, I also take around 2 minutes to push in 3mls of oil into my muscle.

I think for sure taking 2-3 minutes to push in the oil also helps the process.
I then rub the life out of the area for 1 minute or two.

I don't do pecks, but always looking at your posts....I am also REAL short in real state property. So I need to find new land to plant my seeds...chest is the next logical spot. I will start with 1ml of oil.
I imagine you go on a 45 degree angle also. I can probably hit 2 spots per pec at least and rotate.

Everyone is different i can do 3ml with a 1.5ml 25g all day everyday in my glutes. most ive ever shot in glutes was 5ml. everywhere else sketches me out so i usually dont pin anywhere else or if i do i stay with 1ml-1.5ml

I have done as much as 5-6mls in one shot many times during prep. Just takes a while...

hahah hell yeah and it hurts like hell after at least for me i have shaky hands especially around needles so when i pin 5ml the needle is like an egg beater in my glute lol

I thought of hitting from the side but man a lot of veins. For me it 3 in directly above nipple. You have a 1 in circle free spot there. I take bout 20 secs to push in 2 ml. But man I hit 2 ml 9 times a week. I running out of land to. Don't say legs I had a bad experience don't wanna go back

Gotta hit those quads bro. There is at least 3 spots on each quad you can use.
I have been doing it my entire life.
I can't reach glutes anymore. So can only hit shoulders, and quads.
Chest is tomorrow for the first time.

I will do test enan, or npp 1ml per tit.

x2 bro i tried legs 2 times. i tried it once the need got about halfway in and was painful as shit so i said okay i must be in the wrong spot i pulled out and bled everywhere ever since then i said **** legs im doing glutes. sometimes i do delts but i mainly run long ester stuff so i am fine with pinning a few ml in each glute twice a week. My next cycle i maty have to find other injection sites though as i will be running a mix of long and short esters and a lto of oil lol FML why cant my girl be a nurse!

GLutes are very easy to me ive only messed them up once lol im starting to build scar tissue though =/
