Ezskanken, do you have any T3 experience? I tried messing with it once but I was in a bad way with a relationship and everything went to hell; diet, training and everything. I'm on lock down with that shit now, no distractions. Haven't talked with anyone who has used it before.
Sorry bro, not enough experience to comment on it. Ran it once, but soon realized other things like my cardio and meals could be better...so I stopped. I was only doing 25mcg ED.
I just want to get leaner for the summer. I'm willing to go higher again another time but for now I'm going for a edge with T with minimal bloat. I'm running anastrozol .5 ED now. I don't recall what I was running during the 500 but I'm sure it wasn't enough. I was not as disciplined about my diet as I am now either.

Well there you go,if the diet wasnt as tight as needed that in itself would have playd a huge part in it as well as amount of cardio.As EZ has stated,these will be the real determining factor in what gains you make or lose with or without cycling and should always be dialed in as much as needed and adjusted as you go along also as needed.
A basic cycle of test with maybe some var thrown in can make a great cutter if your training and diet are on par.Ive never been one for having the idea of reaching a particular goal by taking more gear.Especially if you are not competing.No need IMHO.Ive always tried to plateau in terms of gains through dieting and training before jumping on more gear.I honestly feel if you really focused on these things you will achieve you goals of leaning out without the use if t3 and do it much more safely.

I totally agree with you fist, the leanest I have been was before I ever messed with aas. I dropped from 230 to 190. It was the first time I figured out and accounted for calories and macros. I can't blame it all on my girlfriend moving in but she destroyed my discipline, routine and I went back to 220. She's gone and I'm back on track. I'm trying to drop body fat and preserve muscle. I've never thought of aas as easy results or ultimate answer. I see them and peptides as a way to bend the rules in my favor for results in a semi specific azimuth. Don't misinterpret this as me arguing, I just like to discuss things is all.
I gotta say I'm feelin pretty damned good. just realized it has been a month since I started. I'm down to 203lbs as of this morning, clocked in at 21%BF on a pinch test. So 3%BF & 5LBS in 4 weeks, I think thats pretty f'n cool. Strength is coming back and stats are movin up. I think that T3 was the perfect way to gain momentum for my cut, I'll definitely use it again someday.
I just started ECA this week, gettin use to that again. 100mg Test C is pretty cool. No estrogen sides, I'm starting to get some acne on my chest and shoulders but benzole seems to be combating it. I could totally see myself cruising on this. My HCG was 4 weeks late so I havent taken any, fortunately there has not been much atrophy so I figure with such a late start I'll save it for PCT, if I ever come off. I'm considering finishing this Test C in 5 more weeks and going to Test Prop. I've got some and want to try it but I may hold off because I dont think I'm ready to pin EOD or even ETD. I've got some more Test C 250 so I could do that too. Just looking to experiment and explore finding my perfect dose.
Sounds like a slow and steady drop. I would suggest you stay on point to be down another 5 or 6 pounds in 4 weeks. That will get you to 197#. I believe your biggest bang for you buck has been your diet more then anything. So, keep learning about nutrition and keep dropping that body fat.
Yeah it only took 12 years to figure out that diet is more than half of the results like everyone has said. I can defiantly tell the test is helping though. Little bit of support and it seems like its keeping my muscles pumped. The last time I had these results I was looking a lot skinnier. It could all be in my head but I'm for sure pleased thus far. It makes the pallet of donuts at work every Friday a lot easier to resist.
Jesus Christ halaluya. I'm experimenting with winstrol for the first time. I got a pack a while back as a extra goodie and just decided to mess with it. I did a week of 50mg EOD then bumped to 50mg ED for the last 4 days. Currently I sit at 225lbs. I'm pretty sure I'm still at 19%BF. I was at 220 two weeks ago. I think I must be getting the hang of this stuff man. That's 15lbs of solid muscle on 250mg CYP and a weeks of 50mg Winny. I gotta say I'm feelin pretty damned good about myself.
So I'm up to 230lbs after stacking 50mg ED winstrol for 4 weeks. That shit was fun. Made me hard as hell fast and I've put on 15 lbs and 1" on my arms all why eating 4,000 calories a day. I've gotten some great compliments these last few weeks that have really boosted myself. Including "wow your built like a man should be" from porn star Angela Aspen. Nobody will ever be able to take that away from me lol.
I know I shouldn't be nit picking at it but my waist is up to 38" and I'm letting it get to me. 3 years ago after I got frustrated about letting myself go after I got out of the army I dropped from 230 at least at 27% body fat to 192lbs 10%bf with a 32" waist. I threw out all my "fat" clothes. 15lbs ago I was checked at 19%bf so I've still gotta be close to it. So I had to buy a new pair of work pants this week. It kinda ****s with my mind having to buy bigger pants, like I'm working backwards or something. That's my chick rant.
After some disputed math last night with a trainer. As of today, for this year, I am up 20lbs of muscles and down 15lbs of fat. Currently sitting at 225lbs and 18.6%bf. I'm setting a goal to drop 20lbs of fat by April and put in for a npc show in Minneapolis. Feels damned good to move some numbers around, I'm good directions that is.
