    I ran about 75mcg (varied a little, sometimes only 50mcg, sometimes 100mcg) for about 8 weeks. No problem recovering. Just ramp down. Eat super clean for 2 or 3 weeks. When you come off you'll probably get pretty jacked too. I know I put on a LOT of mass when I came off diet and T3, probably 10 lbs of muscle in a month.
