  • My up coming cycle

    Yo guys let me know what you think of my summer cycle....

    1200mg test e 12wks (mon-thurs shots)

    tren e 220mg 8-10wks, nvr ran tren and wanna keep it low first time. I love you all but dont tell me to run tren a .

    var 100mg ED last 8wks

    proviron 50mg ED 12wks


    And of course proper PCT as always.

    This will be my second cycle coming off a year out of the gym. My last cycle was alot longer.

    Diet is finally getting better every week so im exited to see my gains on this cycle since i gained 23 pounds my last cycle with a bad diet and my genetics suck so not too bad. However im off to a much better start than i have in years and even my wife tells me how im more determend and focused on my goals in the lifestyle that i used to not take serious. Its amazing how more motivated i am since iv dropped the partying.... Btw i took a year off cuz i had a 89 test level which is another story in its own which some of you know, if you wanna know ill explain. Just let me know what you guys think and feel free to make suggestions...

    I have some super DMZ ill prolly throw in there for the first 4wks as well. Now most of you know iv been around awhile so this isnt a plea for help cuz i dont know what im doin its just me asking opinions on what you think and if you see something that would make it better im down for suggestions and im all ears especially to the older more experinced guys. Thanks for any futer opnions!

            Nothing wrong with starting out low on the tren, but I got a feeling you will bump that dose up to around 500mg per wk before its all said and done

                there really is no need for such a high dosage of test, stick to 800mg.
                what is going to realy make that huge difference is your diet, anyone can take all the steroids in the world, but if u dont have that diet on POINT your not going to see much of a difference.
                stick to 800mg and run the cycle longer and diet hard core. then U will see some really great gains.
                Im only 5'4 but i diet hard core and run gear. trust me i make short ppl look good. and cause of my hight i see allot of guys stare at me in the gym....
                cut the mg of your test down, diet hard core, run the cycle longer.

                  I agree^^ I would cut the test down even lower. I doubt you will feel anything from the tren at that low of a dose. My own experience is I get way worse side effects at high dose test while on tren. Right now I am only running 300mg of test e ew and 1100mg of tren e ew and I feel great I mean I feel like a beast and even though I know I am strong I always feels weak. Not on this cycle. I have always been a test monster and ran my test real high. I found out I get less side effects at low dose test and real high tren. Now if I was running anything else I would tell you to run your test at atleast a gram ew. The var and provi look good. You are going to be jacked smalls. Good luck brother.

                    I would run the test at 750-800 depending on the dose/ml
                    i.e. 250/ml=750
                    And if your only planning that low of dose on tren for 2 weeks ???? I would leave it out.

                        Kinda off subject but if anybody has advice on chest workouts let me know cuz mine is lacking obviously LOL. I do 4-5 sets bench i start heavy then go light, basically burn out on reps. I nvr have a spot so its hard to get a good negative rep. Then ill do 3-4 sts of flat bench flys same as bench heavy to light burn outs, and i just started doing 2-3 sets of standing flys. Ill usually burn out on push ups after workout as well. I workout three x a week. Any advice on trainning would be appreciated because i am a routine person and its VERY hard for me to switch stuff up and i know its very important to confuse the muscles in which i do not do. Thanks fellas.

                            Bench 2x a week. All I do is flat bench (just my preference), start light (bar) and progress to singles. I know that this is a PL thing but I measure out at approx. 57".

                            Basically what I am saying is to Keep it simple, load the bar and push yourself through your singles. You will develop thick/dense muscle tissue.
