Down to 230 from an intial 245. 15 lbs in 5 weeks aint shabby, no clen or t3, just
100mg TNE ed
50mg Tren ed
4 NYC
Cardio
and low-moderate carbs (150-200g ed)
High fat 150g
High protein 400g
I know its about 3300-3400 cals, but when you bulk on 5500, its a big difference, when lowering carbs and adding cardio.
Well only 9 more months, and two phases to goI eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
