should I wait for each bodypart if Im only injecting 1/2 cc of winny into my delts and bi's? And how about 3/4 cc prop and 1/2 cc winny shots? Do I have to wait the full week or can I go say every 3-4 days? Im just asking to avoid anymore glute shots cause I can't stand them. I rather just do delt and quad shots.

Well there are a good 6 spots per each quad you can get plus one in your hip almost.

I go ED with quads between the two of them and never have a problem

well a general answer would be as long as you felt okay to go ahead and shoot. I always wait until the swelling goes down, if I have any. sometimes the same week sometimes every other day
