      And of course have your post recovery at hand. IMO I would say that you would gain some reasonable weight from this cycle, why I choose QV? Well I've done all of the products they have and have got nothing but good results from it as well, you'll also find that alot of members on this board and many others will say that QV is very good quality gear.             Alright, if ive taken into consideration what others have said, and made the correct changes to my diet, what exacctly do i need to get it "in check" that wasnt mentioned?

              Juss go on a See-food diet bro. Eat anything and everything in site. Guarentee you will Grow! Eat big to get big!

                I think your diet is okay, you just need more fat. Cut down a bit on carbs, and make fat at least 25% of your caloric intake. As far as cycle goes, try adding more fat for about a month, then reasses your cycle and goals, then if you think you need to, grab some Ethanate, and shoot 400ish mg per week.

                  what kinda timeframe you think i should run my cycle, 8 10 12 weeks? i really dont know what duration would be best



                  *edit* of course my goals are more important than using the gear, but youve gotta understand, i was up from about 130 pounds, im still considered skinny but defined, i wanna add some serious bulk to my frame and dont wanna do it by eating fat that ill have to loose again later anyway when i cut.

                    10-12 weeks is fine.
                    Try this for diet
                    330g of protein
                    400g of carbs
                    100g of fat
                    I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body

                        After 7years of juicing, i have actually lowered my dosages as of late, and focused more on diet. Although I am running a year long cycle, so screw me, but, diet is 70% of a cycle.

                          sorry I forgot to add the length for you. I would start off with a 10 week cycle 1st, you should get some good gains from it. But do check on your diet as af right now, because if you don't have a proper diet, training and rest, you'll be waisting your $$$ kid. I'll check my email though.
