Heaviest lift ever at 51

It's been almost 2 weeks since my last shot of ICN test and I beat my lifetime heaviest bench by 2.5 lbs. The last time I benched over 300 lbs was 15 years ago. I benched a clean, flat back 305 today probably could have 310, maybe I have one more chance at 310 before my strength starts to drop.

nothing is more satisfying than making gains when you have made none in a long time. I'm 50, and these youngsters better hope and pray that they can do what we can do if they live as long as us.

Way to go bro. I am 47 and as strong as I have ever been too. It feels good doesn't it.

What kind of cycle did you do? My plan is to stick to test only do to lipid profiles. Plus I think it is all I really need.

I did 10 weeks of ICN test at 500+ mgs per week I'm finishing up with 5mg anavar at 30 to 40mg a day untill I run out. I'm going to try 315 next Monday.
