If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
lol.....seriously though.....i always think i need more carbs post w/o if its a w/o i really hit the bodypart hard....not necessarily the bigger bodyparts though. so i would guess more insulin and more carbs post w/o when you really hit it hard that day, might be a good idea. but i figure to stay at a steady iu dosage and just be happy with that.
