  • Surgery while on AS?

    I am on my last week of my 10 week cycle and I am scheduled to have reconstructive nose surgery in 4 days. I didnt tell my Doc I was on juice. Should I? I cant cancel the operation because my health insurance runs out affter this month.

    I think you should, especially how gear raises you BP level too. I think it would just be smart kid.... Good luck on your nose too

          yeah, just tell them, i had deviated septum surgery one month into a fina dmso cycle 75mgs a day. i did not tell them and everything was fine but if your running more than one type AS the risk is increased dramaticaly.

            tell them...better safe then sorry.....they'll def still operate-they'll still want your money...lol

              They will ask and you will have to sign a waiver before surgery.

              It is important that they know, blood is thinned by AS and if you start to bleed and it can't stop and they don't know why....

              You get the picture. It is very very important they know.
              All surgery is life threatening and for your health care specialists not to know about your special situation is not good health care for anyone.

                honestly, i wouldn't tell them ...

                if you start bleeding considerably, they will stop it.

                telling them about the AS will raise a lot of insurance questions pretty much ...

                  Thats what I thought. Insurance refuse to pay because of it?

                    insurance won't refuse to pay, but they will see it in your permanant records eventually, and it will raise your premiums later on in life, and doctors will also read it and contribute most any problem you have to AS.
