Or is the 2 week break on the winny enough for it to clear and my joints to feel better again.

I'd just do the winny wk 7-12.

Don't feel it's needed weeks 1-5

If you want just extend it another week or two...wk 6-12

I would go with the winnies for the last 4 weeks. Test looks good, i'd just add some d-bol or anadrol for the first 3-4 weeks to jumpstart ur cycle, because by the time the test kicks in it wont be until week 4, so the dbols or drols will do the trick until the test kicks in. Than finish up with some winstrol at the end. U should be good to go.

Im not sure why it would "fry" your joints, 50mg ed is not too hefty, if anythign, lower the arimidex dosage a bit, for more of a joint cushion with the extra water retention.
