He actually has the best Physique in the guiness book of world records for I believe 7 years. IMO the best genetics one could possibly have. For people who say his Tri's were too small, check out the cover of the book "Arnold the education of a bodybuilder" He also had unbelieveable peaks in his biceps.

By measurement Lous were bigger. Everytime I watch pumping iron, I get sick at the end when Lou gets third. He was almost as good as Arnold and way better than Serge, I mean look at nubrets legs. Lou didnt have the confidence to win the olympia that year, Arnold was just too far into his head. Lou had no confidence, you see that when they are pumping up before tthe show, he says " Arnold you are the best" and Arnold says "Glad to see we have things under control here" what a dick Big Louey never had a chance.

No doubt arnold had an awesome body. But I'd have to say by bodybuilding standards dexter jackson probably has a better body. For one he has no major weakness like most pros do.

Arnold was (and still is) a motivator for me in the early years. He seemed to have a Cinderella story of struggling in his early years all the way to him finally accomplishing Mr. O. Those years of innocence are gone and replaced with the freaks of evolution. Arnold was and always will be the best.

Arnold had the best upper body ever, IMO. If you could of slapped Tom Platz's legs on Arnie, he would of had the best body ever, again, MO.
