This sucks! Summer and my B-day is just 2 months away. I'm 5'10 - 225 at around 14% bf(calipers) which is no good. I can hold it well but still. Right now my measurements are about 18+ inch arms, about 17 + inch neck, 33 inch waist, 27 1/2 inch quads, and 17 1/2 inch calves. Don't know my chest and back measurements but I do have a pretty thick and wide back as well as well developed pecs. For those that are platinum on elite you can see pics of me last year on there in the pics area. Anway, being 14% is just not the same as having at least 8-10% bf of course. Anyway, it seems harder to stick to my diet this year since I want to do it without taking thermogenics consistently. Just for pre-workout I want to take it. I can lose bf fast while taking them and with no cardio but without it I'm not sure. I am also lowering my femera dose to 1.25mg eod instead of 2.5mg eod. My aromatizing base drug is test at just 250mg every 4 days anyway. Seeing as how I eat like a big fat pig now and don't put on bf easy I'm sure with clean eating I'll be down to 8-10% by June without taking the fat burners ed 2 times a day like I did before. It's time. Summer is too close. Diet starts once again on Monday. Not going crazy all out but just eating cleaner and eliminating empty calories.
Goals are to get down to 205-210 REALLY solid. Never want to be below 200 pounds that's all I know. :p
