I recently started doing spots in my bis and I've noticed especially preacher curls are better. There's more focus on the belly of the muscle in the contractions. That can't be bad. I've been able to up the poundage and my bis are more swole.

This post was a great read. I couldn't stop laughing. All the contradictions (competing in two weeks, but getting too drunk to even type or put together a thought). If that pic in your avatar is really you. We can make our own French Porn Movies, but you are probably a guy. so if you are don't even think about it. You got my hopes us for about 2 minutes. This reminds me of a funny story that I have to tell. It will help me reminince.

Because about 6 years ago 4 friends and I drove down to Hollywood/ North Miami FLA. We were hanging out at the pool (Jan-Feb) which was pretty empty on most days and we were all scoping for babes. So One day I couldn't believe it but I spot 5 Babes our age sitting in the hot tub across the way. I say to my buddies let's go get them, or at least talk to them. Because from a distance they all looked pretty Hot. But my friends were wussies and were way to scared to approach them. 2 of them were extremly RICH because 2 of their fathers are worth between $600 -- $800 Million, No Joke. So finally I say screw you guys I'll go over there myself.

So as I approach them and say something like "Hey ladies my friends and I have been down here for about a week and haven't noticed you in your bikini's before, I mean we haven't noticed you before" They all laughed at the lame joke/ice breaker plus it made all my friends jealous. So when they asked me why my friends didn't walk over with me, I told them I don't know I guess they are to insecure. So I told my friends "Well I am going by myself before the girls leave.

The girls told me how impressed they were at how much confidence I had to approach 5 women all by myself. They were really cool girls and said "Well let's make your friends even more jealous then." So come on into the hot tub with us. One chick told me to sit in between her and started giving me a massage, the other 2 sat next to me and put their arms around me and started playing with my hair, I was loving it because my friends who were sitting about 50 yards a way were in total shock out of jealously and just couldn't believe what they were witnessing. The last 2 put their back to my friends. My friends started to wave over to girls, I guess hoping they would wave them to come over, but the girls just totally ignored them, and I just waved back. We were all laughing and having fun in the hot tub each girl taking turns giving me a massage purely to make my friends jealous for not walking over to them with me.

I was loving every minute of it. This all lasted for about 1 hour. They then asked me if I wanted to go out with them later that night to a club, and they said your friends are welcome also. We all got out of the hot tub and they each gave me a nice long Hug and kiss to make my friends even more jealous, and they said they would call my room number around 8:00 pm. They said I could tell them the little joke we played on them if I want, but if don't want to tell them it was OK with them too.

4 out of the five were pretty HOT but the 5 th one was not. She was not Fat, but very pale, stringy red hair, and frecles everywhere, no body and maybe aaaa 4 out of 10. Where the others were at least 7's I am very picky.

So when I go back to my friends they were like WTF was that all about? I said you guys really screwed up those girls were cool a shit. I am going out with all of them tonight to a club in South Beach around 9. Then after they called I told them the girls said you guys can come if you want. Still having some fun with this little joke.

So when we get to this club I start wandering around a bit by myself meeeting differnt people and everything and by the time I get back my friends were all kinda paired up already with the girls I met leaving me stuck with the lame red head I had ZERO interest in. So I kinda fucked myself that way.

When we get back to the Hotel my friendds start giving me a rash of BS saying " Ace did all the hard work for all of us and is now stuck with the read head. So for the next 3-4 mights we were hanging out with these chicks every night and this red head is all over me, which I would not touch with Nasa Space equipment on. My friends were all hooking up with these girls all thanks to me and there is this last red haed who is wondering if I am ever going to hook up with her, Which was never going to happen. Even though I am buying her beers just to be polite.

So I meet this guy at the bar and start Bull Shitting with him and say hey bro I got the perfect girl for you come sit down with me and my friends. I introduce them all and disappear for an hour. Luckily the red head starts hitting it off with the guy I met at the bar and I am off the hook.

It all pays off the next day because when we are all on the beach There is this gorgeuos blonde hair blue eyes perfect body babe sitting about 30 feet from us. So i ask her if she wants to play paddle ball. She was a 9.9 no joke French Canadian, we end up hanging oot all day and she had the hottest body ever in the skimpiest bikini and she was cool as shit as well. We spent the whoole day together on the beach and she only spoke a little english. So At the end of the day i ask her if she wants to go out later and she tells me she is leaving with her family to drive back to Quebec at 6:00 am in the morning. I was so sad because i bascially fell in love with her in 1 day. So I give her my room number and tell her of she changes heer mind to give me a call.

8:00 the phone rings and she says its Nathalie are you ready to go out. I was dead asleep. i said "hell yeah" She said OK meet me in the lobby in 20 minutes. I take a quick shower and fly down to the lobby, to see this Hottie in super tight skimpy white shorts and a black half shirt. So we take a walk on the beach and sit on the Lifeguard stand talking, and I said I jave been down here a whole week and you have too. How come we only met on your last day? This sucks. She agreed and then said which I couldn't believe "Do you have a condom? Becasue I will not make it home fast enough to take the morning after pill."

I could not believe it, I had no intensions that she wanted to have sex, especially because we just met and she was leaving in a few hours. Not to mention how fucking Hot she was.

Of course I didn't and my friends were all out somewhere and they didn't sell any in the hotel. The hotel manager told me there was a 7 eleven 5 miles down the road and I was ready to sprint there. But she stopped me and said let's go up to the hotel and we'll take our chances.

Until this day my 4 friends still don't believe I ever hooked up with her at all. And she told me she comes to this hotel every year around this time.

So the next year when we were down there again I called her from the hotel and she told me she was there for 2 weeks and left 3 days before I got there, but was looking for me everyday. i was so disappointed I missed her again. She told me she still has my College Hat I gave to her right before we said good bye to remember me and we stayed in tough for months after we first met.

So in the end I hooked all my friends up with babes on our vacation, hooked a total stranger up with the red haed and was rewarded with a French Canadian Goddess for all my good deeds.

Iknow this story is way off topic but I just wanted to tell it to remenince, and as i said if that is you in your Avatar let's make a French Porno. LOL But I am serious too!

the whole idea of spot injecting is to get the oil underneath the muscle so that the whole area gets a uplifted look , not bumpy , u get bumps when u use slin pins , u need long needles . trust me , will work much better .
