planning on staking deca/fina/d-ball and test of some kind i've done ethanate in the past and loved it but never tried sust they're both long acting which would be better to go with my stack and more effective in terms of gains? luke

I would say enanthate because the sus has 4 esters all of which take up overall mg content while the enanthate only has 1. Will it mean a difference of 20 pounds of muscle? I doubt it but in terms of overall effectiveness I feel enanthate will give you more.Being defeated is sometimes only a temporary condition. Giving up, makes it permanent......

another point I would like to stress though, is that Sustanon has for less water retention though. Although Sustanon is far more less to give you gyno unlike the enanthate would.Comment

The difference would probably be negligible at best, but a single ester like enanthate would make it easier to keep blood levels more even, which will help to combat side effects like acne.Comment

Well, since Sustanon has prop and pheynl prop, the mgs per 250mg is fairly close. All being equal, gains should be equal.I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body

Sustanon isnt my favorite test because of the pain, but as I said, 250mg of sust is close or equal as far as mg of actual test as ethante, so how is sustanon hands down better? It was designed for HRT purposes, and really acts liek a snigle ester when injected, ANDY13 made a nice graph on CEM showing this. I dont see the logic.I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
