Ok, this is the story I have not worked legs for a some time
For my upcomming cycle starting May 1st I want to start again.... The reason I have not started yet is because I do 45min cardio 5 days a week [bike]. And I know that if I start legs I will be fucking my cardio up..AND THAT CAN'T HAPPEN. So what should I do to start of slow again and not fuck my cardio in the process..
I was thinking
4sets squats
4sets leg extention
4sets leg press
4sets calves
