I will be off to 1week all inclusive vacation to a 4+ resort in cuba in the middle of my cycle...I have a STRICK diet and do 45min of cardio 5 times a week...
Remeber I have been dieting and doing cardio since March 1... cycle starts May 1....this will be in june for one week ....as soon as I come back things will be back to normal I normaly never drink or eat unhealthy..
question 1: will that be really bad if I don't lift or do cardio for a week
Question 2: I will drink myself sick how bad is that
Question 3: I will eat really unhealthy for that week how bad is that [like 10000 cal including the drinks
Question 4: could this actually benefit by body,,,like shook it into inceasing my metabolism,,,let my muscles rest,,,let me know guys
