With d-bol powder, I want to make a liquid solution. How do I mix it?

Put in PGA for example 96.25ml PGA 151 or 190 proof higher works better 5grams powder = 50mg/ml x 100ml heat and stir until clear

I think I saw somewhere that glycerin is used some how. How does glycerin fit?
