Check this thread out, it has a good debate on am or bedtime injections.

Note, not an expert in anyway, yet did do lots of research before doing it. IMHO, doesn't matter. You are overidding your own GH production to such a high degree anyway it really doesn't matter, plus GH flucuates quite a bit. The whole key and why it works is to get 50-150% more GH working in the system then what you have naturally. Now, obviously 150% increase is better than 50%, and which one you get is dose related and the yee old...everyone reacts different to everything. Just taking an average and say you get 100% increase, which is going to fluctuate day to day cause naturally it does, don't think timing has an overall positive effect to any measureabl degree, meaning if you're already got a 100% boost, when you shoot is not going to get you to 125-150%, now maybe it will get you an extra 5 or even 10, but GH fluctutes up and down anyway so overall just don't see it.

And of course, could be wrong.

First two months did the 2 iu's before bed. Then changed tried morning shots for awhile. Then tried evening shots, around 8 or so for awhile.

For me, 15-20 minutes before bed was best, from a "how I feel standpoint" the next day etc. Use that with most supps cause on lots supps all the time, and since only add one thing at a time, always looking for results vs. sides.

I'm 44 and got tests done and everything and my doc's great and on it himself.

Only thing would have done differently, and will do next time, is use a little T-3. About 3-4 months in struggled with lethargy, which ended up being a roller coaster thing, and per additional research if this happens this is the first solution.

                Good Luck
normally when u do gh before bed , u wake up looking quite lean , while this is good , doing the early morning shot is doing u better good if u look at it the logical way , as ure allowing urself to get ur natural gh pulse in the night, but being 40 + , u wudnt have a significant pulse , so even this is not a bad idea , the pre sleep shot i mean .

But if it's 6 or 12 then morning would be best, that way you could take advantage of your natural night time hgh release.

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

i know gh peaks in 2-6 hrs after the shot, then the natural gh production is supressed for less than 24 hrs , but definitely more than 12 .

i dont see any reason why u wud want to do the 5 day on 2 day off thing btw , ure much beter off using somatostatin inhibitor arginine before bed , that way making the gh use worth it .
