  • change in my cycle

    ok i was suppost to start sunday but cause of probs with the source i wasnt able to get it, so friday i am gonna pick it up but i also will be adding some dbol in so heres what i'm gonna b doing


    week one to ten- 400 eq
    week one to ten- 250 test
    week one and 2- dbol 6 tablets a day(not sure of the size) he said he's gonna include those to, is it a good idea to run my cycle like that, it may not seem like a big cycle, keep in mind its my FIRST cycle

      should i up the test to 400 then?

      i'm pretty skinny, the kid said to run it for two weeks, u think 4 weeks?

        i dont think thats enough at 6'2
        up the test if possible, and if thats all the dbol you got, do 20mg for 3 weeks instead.

              I agree. Test @ 400-500mg/wk is the way to go.

              If you've never used before and can't make outstanding gains off this, you're training and nutrition absolutely, positively suck.

                Too bad you can't swap the EQ for Deca. And yeah run the dbol at least 20mg or it's not even worth it.

                Next time make sure you have everything first. Personally i would hold off past friday will you have more test and more dbol. Like you said, it's your first, do you really wanna screw up the best one? just my 2cents

                    Your original cycle is fine. I'd just do the test, but the test/eq at the doses you initially had would work just fine.

                    Instead of adding an extra 200mg/wk why not get under the squat rack religiously and practice an impeccable diet plan?

                    You don't need that much to grow. Latter cycles, yes. You'll most likely increase doses. So many young guys are looking for a quick fix. Their training and nutrition absolutely blow and their mentality is 'if i take X and X more of this I'll be fine'. Because I don't workout or eat right, I'll compensate with a little more.

                      na bro i eat rite all day long and even on the weekend going out, i work my ass off in the gym, no i am not lookin for a quick fix, i'm gonna do this shit

                        hmm...

                        If memory serves me correctly, aren't you the same guy whom a month ago wanted to start using after working out for only a month? And aren't you 18 yrs old?

                        If that doesn't qualify as a quick fix, I dunno what would.

                          How about a good diet and train hard? Too much for a first cycle anyway, you wont know what the hell is working. 6'2 175? How about breaking 200 naturally? The steroids wont eat for you,a nd you yourself said you were skinny, so do something about it, like eating.

                            look guys dont bust my balls, i asked for help on my cycle, yes i have only been workin out for about 5 months now, i dont care what u guys say it is a quick fix whatever, i am doing it, all i asked was a question, thank u

                              wow a whole whopping 5 months. dude no flame intended but if you work out hard for another year or two and your diet is good like you say it is you wont need a "quick fix." if you go ahead and do this i'll bet that you will lose all your gains anyhow.
