Re-asking border question

Hey bros.. i know i have asked this question already but it is getting very close to when i am going down to Mex. i will be going down next wk during spring break prob on a friday, and want to know who has gone there lately and what was it like? i was thinking of putting it behind the dash (glovebox and air condit. vents) any thoughts or ideas are greatly appreciated

Bro i have been down there 4 times in the last 8 months but not recently and all i can say is if they think you have drugs on you it doesn't matter where you have it they will find it. To give you and example the first time i went i put them in a remote control car in my trunk, border patrol opened my trunk even asked me about the car but i was luck enough that he didn't open it. Its all luck if he thought i had shit or if i was acting weird then he would have sent me to the second check point and i would have been caught. Its all hit and miss. Just put it in a place out of the way and when you drive through be calm and relaxed and joke with the guy. If you seem paranoid forget it your busted, see the movie "Blow" if you want some advice on how to walk through calm and clean...

yea, just stay relaxed and the guards will not check you. The air condition thing is a good idea in my opinion

I have a friend who has gone down several times, not in the last few months though, but he always puts it in his air condition unit.
They have ripped his car apart before and not found a thing. It is luck though.

Just say you want to bring over a couple of bottles and a few redi-jects. Would it be safe to tape the stuff around your ankles and wear a pair of boots or something? Just curious!

bros the best way to bring juice across is to walk across. have your woman wiht you is even better. what you do is get all your gear and stay and party till about 1 or 2 am then come across the border, theres hardly anybody there at that time. ive done it lot of times and never had any problems............ good luck bro

Nothin too serious, i've heard storys about people getting busted at the border, and i don't know if they were bullshit or not, but my experince was not near as bad as i've heard...just a hefty fine... will find out how much here soon.... Then again, we didnt have THAT much gear. just personals for our next cycle.... I don't doubt that it is possible to get gear across, just be VERY CAREFUL!

I've made two trips to TJ in the last 6 weeks for gear, and I've made 3 more trips to surf - nothing to worry about more than usual.

The USDA is down there trying to control the fruit fly so I got pulled over by the USDA crossing the border once and they poked around a bit but it was just cursory.

As long as you aren't a 300 pound oily, zitty, juice monkey then you have a 95+% chance of getting waved on through with nothing more than a "where are you from and where have you been type questions".

Deep breaths, mellow, decent cover story and you're golden. I've crossed the TJ border 200-400 times in the last 10 years and I've been put in 2ndary once.

I gotta good one for ya... "A friend of mine" even got waived in to the complete car search area and they didn't find it.

Put the gear in a zip lock baggie and drop it in your wind sheild wiper fluid container. "He" punched a fish hook through the lip of the baggie on the outside of the zipper part on the zip lock so no water would get in and tied it with fishing line to the lid so he could retreive it. He used a greenish colored washer fluid to further hide it and put some lead sinkers in the bag to make it sink to the bottom. You could get more elaborate if you wanted but they probably won't find it even if they look, and the chances they will look are 1 in 100... less if you got your girl with ya.

I heard that a good idea is too get a tube of toothpaste make the hole a little bigger than it is to fit in amps, take out the toothpaste, then refill the tube with toothpaste [you can fit like 8].....
